Risk Warning System for Urban Rail Transit Project

在大规模的城市轨道交通工程建设过程中,由于风险点的增多,风险的监测、评估、预警和管理日益重要。为了实现减小项目风险损失和保障项目顺利建设的目的,基于风险预警的基本原理,对城市轨道交通项目风险预警体系的内涵进行分析,在此基础上建立了由风险预警信息采集系统、风险预警传导系统、风险预警管理信息系统和风险预警组织系统组成的城市轨道交通项目风险预警体系。

In recent years, Urban rail transit is developing rapidly in China. In the large-scale urban rail transit construction projects, due to the increase in risk points, risk monitoring, assessment, early warning and management are very important. In order to reduce the loss of project risk and protect the project construction, this paper analyzes the connotation of urban rail transit project risk early warning system, investigates the composition of the system, and establishes a risk early warning system consisting of a risk warning system and organizational system to provide a reference for risk management of urban rail transit project.
