大学文化建设的路径思考——以石家庄铁道大学为例

The Path on Culture Construction for University——A Case of Shijiazhuang Tiedao University

大学是一个文化机构,大学水平的提升实际上就是这所大学文化的提升和建设。对石家庄铁道大学的现有文化做了技术文化的定位,认为科学与人文的融合是学校的文化需要;梳理总结了现有的军魂文化、企业文化、责任文化、信义文化、爱心文化等;认为学校的文化选择一方面是对科学与人文的引进吸收,另一方面是对既有文化的扬弃,即对既有文化的传承、批判、吸收、整合和创新。

The university is a cultural organization. The development for the university is actually to enhance its culture construction. Based on the existing Shijiazhuang Tiedao University culture as a technology culture, This paper consider that the integration of science and humanity is its cultural need;the existing military culture, corporate culture, liability culture , faith culture, love culture be reviewed. The culture choice for the university on one hand is to introduce science and humanities, on the other hand is to develop the useful and discard the useless on the existing culture, i.e. on existing cultural heritage, criticism, absorption, integration and innovation.
