Study on Improving Cultural Demand Expression to Promote Healthy Development of Public Cultural Service

政府要坚持以满足公民文化需求为出发点,有针对性地提供公共文化产品和服务,才能避免公共文化服务的缺位和错位,使人民群众真正的文化需求得到满足,达到公共文化服务的供求均衡。对公共文化服务需求表达的含义、要素、原则、意义的理解有助于针对公共文化服务表达中存在的问题给出对策建议。

To avoid the absence and dislocation of public cultural services, government shouldmake targeted provision of public cultural services to meet the cultural needs of citizens so as to pro tect the cultural rights of citizens. In this article, demand expression of public cultural service was in trodueed, including its meaning, significance, elements and principle. To promote healthy develop ment of public cultural service, some suggestions were given based on the problem of the demand ex pression of public cultural service.
