Study of Problems of Excessive Competition in Business Researches Among Chinese Securities Companies

我国证券公司研究业务的发展经历了从起步到被边缘化再到快速发展等几个阶段。证券公司研究业务的过度竞争严重影响了我国证券公司的健康发展和证券市场的稳定。通过分析我国证券公司研究业务过度竞争的成因,提出规范证券公司研究业务发展的政策建议。

The development of the business researches in Chinese securities companies has experienced several fluctuating stages. The excessive competition in operation researches among the Chinese securities companies has seriously affected the healthy development and the stability of China＇ s securities market. This paper, by way of analyzing the causes of the excessive competition, puts forward some policy-oriented suggestions to normalize the development of the operational researches of the Chinese securities companies.
