背越式跳高教学中学生心理障碍产生的原因与克服方法研究 被引量:8

摘要 心理障碍是影响学生掌握背越式跳高技术的因素之一。在背越式跳高的教学过程中,学生产生心理障碍与其身体素质、性格特征、教师教学教法运用不当、教学中出现意外伤害事故等因素有直接的关系。心理障碍的产生严重影响了学生对该技术动作的学习和掌握。针对这一现象,运用观察法、访谈法,对背越式跳高教学中学生产生心理障碍的原因以及如何克服心理障碍的方法进行了分析阐述,以期达到提高背越式跳高教学质量的目的。 Psychological obstacle is one of the factors that affect the students to master the Fosbury flop high jump technique. In Fosbury flop high jumping teaching process, the students' psychological barriers are directly related to their physical qualities, disposition characteristics, tactless teaching statements and behaviors of the teachers, unexpected injury accident and so on. Formation of mental disorders has seriously hindered the students from learn- and mastering the techniques. This article, with regard to this phenomenon and by combining the method of ob- servation with that of interviewing the students, analyzed and expounded the causes and ways of overcoming the students' psychological barriers so as to improve the teaching quality of the Fosbury flop high iumo.
