Discussion about Specialist Training of Endoscopic Group Nurses in Operating Room

目的:探讨手术室腔镜组护士专科规范化培训的方法与效果。方法:成立腔镜专科组,以全国手术室专科护士培训教材《手术室护理学》为指南,结合笔者所在医院实际情况,应用多媒体讲座、实物操作演示、护理查房的方法,对腔镜组护士进行理论知识与实践技能的培训,每月考核理论和操作技能一次。结果:专科培训后腔镜组护士理论知识、实际操作能力测评成绩和手术医生满意度显著高于专科培训前(P<0.05)。结论:腔镜组护士专科规范化培训可提高手术室的工作质量和效率,构建和谐的医护关系。

Objective ：To discuss the method and effect of specialist standardization training of endoscopic group nurses in operating room. Methods ：Established the endoscopic specialist group on the guide of national specialty nurses＇ training materials of the operating room nursing, combined with the realities in our hospital, the endoscopic group nurses are given the training of theoretical knowledge and practical skills by applying the method of multimedia lectures, physical operation demonstration, real operation and nursing ward-round, who are appraisal theory and skills 1 times per month. Results ：The speculative knowledge, practical skills assessment results and the surgeon satisfaction of endoscopic nurses group after specialist training is significantly higher than before specialist training （P〈0.05）.Conclusion ：The specialist standardized training of endoscopic group nurses can improve the quality and efficiency of the operating room and build a harmonious nurse relationship.
