摘要
建立刺五加中紫丁香苷的含量的测定方法。采用高效毛细管电泳法,运行缓冲液为15 mmol.L-1磷酸二氢钠-20 mmol.L-1硼砂溶液(pH8.5)。运行电压25 kV;柱温25℃;检测波长254 nm。紫丁香苷在0.012 9~0.258mg.mL-1(r0.999 8)线性关系良好,加样回收率为99.78%,RSD1.09%。方法操作简便,快速,重现性好,适用于刺五加的质量控制。
To develop method for determination of determination of syringin in Acanthopanax senticosus, syringin were determined by high performance capillary electrophoresis (HPCE) under the optimized condition: the running buffe of 15 mmol · L-1 Sodium dihydrogen phosphate-20 mmol · L-1 sodium borate- 20% ethanol (pHS. 5), volt- age 25 kV, λ = 294 nm. , and capillary temperature 25℃. The linearity of the calibration curves for syringin was estab- lished in the ranges of 0. 0129 -0. 258 mg mL-l( r = 0. 999 8) ,The average recovery was 99.78% , RSD1.09%. The method is simple, rapid and reproducible, and it can be used for the quality control of Acanthopanax senticosus.
