以1,10-邻菲罗琳为起始原料,经氧化、肟化、还原得到产物1,10-邻菲罗啉-5,6-二胺,采用红外光谱及核磁光谱对其结构进行了表征,并详细研究了1,10-邻菲罗啉-5,6-二胺在甲醇中的紫外光谱。

1,10 - phenanthroline - 5,6 - diamine was synthesized by oxidation, oximation and restore using 1, 10 - phenanthroline as the starting material. Its structure was characterized by infrared spectroscopy and NMR spec- tra and the detailed UV study of 1,10 - phenanthroline - 5,6 - diamine in methanol were also discussed.
