摘要
建立妇科止血灵胶囊高效液相色谱法测定芍药苷的方法。色谱柱:DiamonsilC18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)。流动相:乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(14∶86)。流速:1.0 mL.min-1。检测波长:230 nm。柱温:35℃。进样量:10μg。芍药苷在12.6～252.0μg/mL范围内呈良好线性关系,r0.999 7。平均加样回收率为98.37%,RSD1.34%(n5)。所建立的方法简便准确、灵敏度高,可作为妇科止血灵胶囊的质量控制方法。
To establish a HPLC method for the quantitative determination of paeoniflorin in gynecological hemo- stasis Capsule. The determination was carried out with DiamonsilC18 （4.6 × 250 mm, 5 μm）, using Acetonitrile - 0.1% phosphoric acid （14： 86） as mobile phase, at a flow rate of 1.0 mL min -1 and detected at the wavelength 230nm, column temperature 35℃. Paeoniflorin showed a good linear relationgship at the range of 12.6 - 252.0μg/ ml （r =0.999 7）. The average recoveries were 98.37% , RSD was 1.34%. The method is simple, accurate, repro- ducible and can be used for quality control of gynecological hemostasis Capsule.
