摘要 石墨烯是一种新型的碳纳米材料,具有优异的物理和电学性能,已成为物理和半导体电子研究领域的国际前沿和热点之一。概括了几种制备石墨烯的方法,评述了其作为载体负载金属催化剂如Pd、Pt和Ir的研究进展。指出了石墨烯作为金属催化剂载体的发展趋势。 Graphene is a new carbon nano material. Due to its outstanding physical and electrical properties, graphene has become one of the hot research topics and frontiers in the fields of physics and semiconductor electron- ics. Preparation methods and applications in supporting metal catalysts, such as Pd, Pt and Ir, of graphene used in recent years are intensively introduced. The applications of graphene as supports of metal catalysts are prospected.
