县域劳动力流动的变迁规律——以江苏昆山为例

Transitional law of county labor mobility——A Case Study in Kunshan,Jiangsu province

随着经济一体化及人口的剧增,劳动力流动已经成为一个普遍的社会现象,是任何力量也无法阻挡的一个时代潮流。以劳动力流动的推动因素为出发点,从劳动力流动对流入地及流出地的影响两个视角来分析阐述县域劳动力流动的变迁规律,以江苏昆山为例,进行实证研究,并提出政策建议:改革户藉制度;完善社会保障体系;加快城市基础设施建设;加强教育培训。

With the economic integration and population increase,labor mobility has become a common social phenomenon,has important significance to economic development,and no power can stop a current of The Times.In the paper,take the labor flow driving factors as starting point,from the influence of labor flow in two angles to analyze the changes laws,and taking Kunshan as an example,do empirical research,summarizes conclusions and policy recommendations.
