摘要
小汽车尾号限行虽然取得了很多显而易见的成果,但也带来了一些问题:一方面要求公民尽量减少开车时间,让渡一部分个人利益,另一方面也要求政府为个人提供相应的公共服务补偿。这无疑是政府与公民之间权利与义务的博弈。以成本——收益理论为研究视角,就小汽车尾号限行这项政策对个人及社会产生的影响进行分析,最后,权衡收益与成本,联系实际情况,提出相关建议。
Although the tail number limit line car made a lot of obvious results, it also brings some probask the citizens to minimize driving time, transferring part of the personal interests, the other hand, asked the government to provide individuals with the appropriate compensation for public services. This is no doubt ask the government and citizen rights and obligations of the game. Article is based on theoretical study of cost-benefit perspective, car tail number on the limit line of the policy on personal and social anal- ysis of the impact, the final weigh benefits and costs, contact the actual situation, some suggestions.
