个体化的健康评估及营养管理在围生期的应用评价

Evaluation of application of individualized health assessment and nutritional management in perinatal stage

目的探讨个体化的健康评估及营养管理对围产期结局的影响。方法选择2011年1月1日～12月31日在本院进行规范产前检查、孕前无基础疾病并在本院分娩的孕产妇1203例，其中，进行孕期个体化健康评估及营养管理者485例（研究组），未进行孕期营养咨询者718例（对照组），比较两组围产期并发症发生情况。结果研究组妊娠期糖尿病（GDM）、妊娠高血压疾病、胎膜早破（PROM）、贫血等妊娠并发症及产后出血、胎儿窘迫、新生儿窒息等分娩期并发症明显低于对照组（P〈0．05），且剖宫产率、巨大儿发生率较对照组明显降低，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论个体化的健康评估及营养管理能明显降低围产期并发症，改善妊娠结局。

Objective To investigate the influence of individualized health assessment and nutrition management on perinatal outcomes. Methods 1 203 cases of puerperas without pre-pregnant underlying diseases who received standard prenatal examination and delivered in our hospital from January 1 to December 31, 2011 were selected. Among them, 485 pa tients （study group） had received pregnant individualized health assessment and nutrition management and 718 （control group） had not received pregnant nutrition counseling. The occurrences of complications of the two groups were compared. Results The study group were significantly lower than the control group in the gestational diabetes mellitus （GDM）, gesta tional hypertensive disorders, premature rupture of membranes （PROM）, anemia and other gestational complications, and postpartum hemorrhage, fetal distress, neonatal asphyxia and other intrapartum complications （P 〈 0.05）; the cesarean section rate and macrosomia incidence of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group, with statistically significant differences （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Individualized health assessment and nutrition management can significantly reduce perinatal complications and improve gestational outcomes.
