Nursing observation of suction cutter for children with adenoidal resection

目的探讨吸切器切除小儿增殖体、扁桃体的术前术后护理方法。方法对60例患儿家长实施了术前的心理指导和术后患儿的精心护理和观察。结果使用吸切器切除增殖体的60例患儿术后安全、无并发症发生。结论吸切器切除增殖体医生可在直视、光原引导下操作,患儿安全,同时操作时止血方便、彻底,是值得信赖的手术方法。

Objective To investigate the suction cutter for proliferation, tonsil resection in pediatric preoperative and postoperative nursing methods. Methods 60 parents of children with a preoperative mental guidance were implementationed , and postoperative children were careful nursed and observationed. Results The use of suction cutter excised proliferating body of 60 cases of postoperative safety, without complication. Conclusion The suction cutter resection proliferation in straight, doctor light original guided operation, patient safety,and convenient operation, thorough hemostasis, which is worthy of trust operation method.
