摘要 肿瘤坏死因子-α是通过结合跨膜受体发挥多种生理作用的多效应细胞因子,本文着重介绍其调节炎性反应、细胞凋亡和促进改善脑缺血方面研究的最新进展。 Tumor necrosis factor (TNF) -α is a pleiotropic cytokine, which exerts its biological functions by interactions with one of two transmembrane receptors. The current progress of among which the most important regulatory functions, inflammatory response and cell apoptosis, improvement of cerebral ischemia are discussed in this review.
