高龄白内障超声乳化吸除手术的临床观察

Clinical observation on elderly patient undergoing cataract phacoemulsification surgery

目的观察高龄白内障患者实施白内障手术的临床效果。方法对80～92岁老人98眼白内障超声乳化吸除术作回顾分析。结果视力:≥0.5者46眼,0.3～0.5者35眼,0.1～0.3者15眼,2眼视力指数/30 cm。其中有5例后囊裂口,改为囊外摘除,人工晶体植入睫状沟。术后10例角膜内皮水肿,无大泡性角膜炎。结论高龄白内障患者行白内障手术疗效良好,安全可行,无严重全身并发症。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of cataract surgery for elderly cataract. Methods The cataract pha- coemulsifieation surgery of 98 eyes of cataract in 80-92 years olds were retrospectively analyzed. Results The vision were more than 0.5 in 46 eyes, 0.3-0.5 in 35 eyes, 0.1-0.3 in 15 eyes, 2 eyes were index of 30 era. Among them, there were 5 cases of posterior split which instead for extracapsular excision and intraocular lens implantation in the ciliary sulcus, 10 eases were postoperative corneal endothelial edema, without bullous keratitis. Conclusion The curative effect of elderly cataract patients with cataract surgery is good, safe and feasible. No serious systemic complications occurs.
