首先确定了工程等别、建筑物级别及洪水标准,然后分别从拦河坝、溢洪道和输水洞等方面进行水库除险加固工程设计。
The project scale, building level and the standard of the flood was determined at first. And then, this paper do the designing of the reservoir reinforcement project which involve the staudamm, spillway, water conveyance tunnel and so on.
