血塞通与银杏达莫注射液联合用药对老年患者静脉血栓治疗的研究

About the blood plug(freeze-dried) and ginkgo's combination of injection of elderly patients with venous thrombus therapy

目的:研究血塞通(冻干)与银杏达莫注射液单独用药与联合用药对老年患者静脉血栓的治疗效果对比。方法:选取90例使用血塞通与银杏达莫注射液治疗静脉血栓的老年患者,随机进入观察组与对照组,对照组一30例采用血塞通静脉治疗,对照组二30例采用银杏达莫注射液静脉治疗;观察组30例,两种药物联合应用,治疗期间均暂停使用其他治疗静脉血栓的药物。观察两类药物单独用药与联合用药对老年患者静脉血栓的疗效。结果:血塞通与银杏达莫在单独用药时对老年患者静脉血栓的改善效果不明显,疗程长,一般需2～3个疗程(1个疗程14天);在两种药物联合应用的情况下对老年患者静脉血栓的治疗效果显著。血栓斑块减少,疗程缩短,只需1个疗程(14天)左右。单独用药与联合用药治疗效果比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:老年患者在治疗静脉血栓时宜联合用药。

Separate drug use and combination therapy effect comparing statistical significance （P）. Conclusions： in elderly patients with venous thrombus inappropriate treatment combination.
