职业康复对精神分裂症病人的影响研究

Occupation rehabilitation on schizophrenia patients influence research

目的:探讨运用职业康复训练方法对治疗慢性精神分裂症患者的影响。方法:回顾分析我院收治的76例慢性精神分裂症患者,对患者维持原来的药物治疗方案不变的情况下对其进行6个月的职业康复训练。结果:在对患者进行6个月的跟踪观察后,运用简明精神病评定量表(BPRS)以及Morning Side康复状态量表(MRSS)对其进行训练前后的变化评估。所有患者的BPRS值及MRSS值较训练前均有很大的变化(P﹤0.01)。结论:通过对慢性精神分裂症患者进行辅助职业康复训练,其可以明显改善患者的精神症状以及恢复其社会功能。

Objective：To investigate the application of occupation, methods of rehabilitation training on the treatment of chronic schizophrenic patients. Methods：were retrospectively analyzed in 76 patients with chronic schizophrenia patients, to maintain the original drug regimens remain unchanged for the 6 month occupation rehabilitation training. Results ： The results, in patient 6 months after tracking observation, using the Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale （BPRS） and Morning Side MRSS （MRSS）to carry on the training andassessment of changes. All patients with BPRS and MRSS value than before the training has the very big change （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusions ： through to the chronic schizophrenia patients were assisted occupation rehabilitation training, which can significantly improve patients with psychiatric symptoms and restore its social function.
