摘要
从人文、城市、经济等三个视角阐述了地铁商业可持续发展的本质和意义。结合深圳地铁商业开发经营的理念、实践和经验,归纳了在规划、建设、经营和人才等方面制约地铁商业发展的四大问题。在地铁商业空间的设计、利用、获取、开发、经营等五个方面提出了建议,以有效推动地铁商业的可持续发展。
The essence and importance of sustainable devel- opment for metro commerce arc elaborates from three dif- ferent aspects: humanity, city, and economy. Combined with the concept, practice and experience of Shenzhen Metro development and management, four major problems that have restricted the development of metro commercial space are summarized. To promote a sustainable develop- ment of metro commerce, five proposals are put forwarded, regarding the design, utilization, obtainment, devel- opment and management of metro commercial space.
