摘要
以岩石地层为主的城市轨道交通修建过程中,为避免传统钻爆法爆破施工造成的粉尘、废气、噪音及振动等污染,并提高施工技术水平,应研究采用全断面岩石掘进机进行施工。全断面岩石掘进机分为敞开式和护盾式两类,其中护盾式又分为单护盾、双护盾等机型。主要从地质适应性、各种机型自身特点等方面出发,对全断面岩石掘进机各种机型进行了分析比选。
In urban rail transit construction on mainly rock strata of a city, to avoid the blasting dust, exhaust gas, noise and vibration pollution caused by traditional drill and blast method, improve the construction technology, the full-face rock tunnel boring machine shall be adopted. This kind of machine has two types: the open tunnel borer and the shield tunnel borer, the latter is further divided into single shield and double shield models. Their geological suitability and respective characteristics are analyzed and compared in this paper.
