酸性氧化电位水浸泡消毒对藻酸盐印模尺寸稳定性的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的评价酸性氧化电位水(EOW)浸泡消毒法对藻酸盐印模尺寸稳定性的影响。方法用标准试件制取两种材料藻酸盐印模,每种材料各20个,分别用酸性氧化电位水浸泡消毒0 min(对照组)、15 min,20 min,25min,每组5个印模,然后灌制超硬石膏,用测量显微镜测量石膏模型上特定线段的长度,比较各组之间线段长度差异。结果 15、20 min组模型所测线段尺寸与对照组相比差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);25 min组与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论酸性氧化电位水浸泡消毒藻酸盐印模20 min内不影响印模尺寸的稳定。 Objective To evaluate the effect of electroiyzed oxidizing water(EOW) immersed disin- fection on dimensional stability of alginate impressions. Methods Two kinds of alginate impressions were made from standards test mold. There were 20 impressions made with each kind of material, which were divided into 4 groups randomly. There was no-immersion in the control group, and in the rest three exper- imental groups the alginate expressions were immersed in EOW for 15 minutes, 20 minutes and 25 mi- nutes respectively. Super hard gypsum was used for molding. All gypsum casts were inspected with a measuring microscope for specific line. Statistical comparisons between the experimental groups and the control group were made. Results Compared with the control group, the two experiment groups with EOW immersed disinfection for 15 minutes and 20 minutes showed no significant effect on the dimensional change of alginate impressions ( P 〉 0.05 ), while the group with 25 minutes exhibited significant effect ( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion There is no effection EOW immersed disinfection for 20 minutes on the dimen- sional stability of alginate impressions.
