经皮加压钢板微创治疗股骨转子间骨折疗效分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的评价经皮加压钢板(PCCP)微创治疗股骨转子间骨折的疗效。方法分析采用经皮加压钢板治疗股骨转子间骨折36例A1和A2型患者的临床资料。结果本组36例患者手术时间29~90 min,平均38 min,出血量20~100 ml,平均72 ml,术后1周内视觉模拟评分(VAS)平均<3分,部分负重时间3~15 d,平均5.6 d,随访时间6~14个月,平均9.8个月。36例患者手术中均不放置引流,伤口均一期愈合。骨折愈合时间2.2~4.3个月,平均2.8个月。27例(75%)患者术后功能均恢复到伤前水平。结论 PCCP治疗A1和A2型股骨转子间骨折效果满意,是一种可供选择的新方法。
