摘要
针对风电场电能质量提出一种基于概率论和证据理论的评估方法。该方法综合模糊评判法和概率统计法评价电能质量各指标样本,引入D-S证据理论计算指标权重,减少了主观因素对评估结果的影响,使评估结果更客观、准确。
An appraisal method based on probability theory and evidence theory was proposed to evaluate the power quality for wind plant. This method modified the probability theory by fuzzy assessment to estimate every index sample, and introduced the D-S evidence theory to calculate the index weight, which abated the force of experts' subjective factors and made the result more objectively and exactly.
