摘要
阐述了碱金属在高炉内循环富集的机理及碱金属对高炉炉料和高炉生产的危害,分析了首钢3座4000m^3以上大型高炉的碱金属平衡情况。生产实践表明,采取限制烧结矿配料中碱金属含量高的矿粉使用比例、停配除尘灰或对除尘灰进行有害元素处理、提高炉渣排碱能力和调整高炉操作制度等措施后,碱金属对高炉炉料和高炉生产的危害得到了有效控制。目前,首钢大型高炉的碱金属负荷为2.8~4.0kg/t,高炉炉渣排碱能力为56%~66%。
The cycle and enrichment mechanism and the harmfulness of the alkali metals to charge and BF production are discussed. The balance of alkali metals was analyzed in three BFs of Shougang which are above 4 000 m^3. The production practice makes it clear that the harmfulness of the alkali metals to charge and BF production can be controlled effectively if restrict using scale of ore concentrate with high alkali metals content, stop using dust or handle with harmful elements of dust, improve discharging alkali metals capacity of slag and adjust BF operation. The alkali load of Shougang largescale BF was in range of 2.8 - 4. 0 kg/t, discharging alkali metals capacity of slag was 56% -66%.
