江西农民工回乡创业意愿的影响因素分析——基于Probit模型的估计

The Analysis of Factors Which Affect the Migrant Workers' Willing of SYB in Their Hometown in Jiangxi Province——Based on the Estimates of Probit Model

基于对江西省农民工的一项调查,运用Probit离散选择模型对农民回乡创业意愿及影响因素进行实证分析。研究结果显示:农民工个人特征是决定回乡创业意愿的基础;农民工在城市的打工经历是农民回乡创业意愿的直接影响因素;农民工对政策的认知与环境的评价是影响农民工回乡创业意愿的重要因素。在此基础上,得出相应的政策启示。

Based on a grant workers ＇ willing survey of migrant workers in Jiangxi Province, the article has empirically analyzed the mi- of SYB in their hometown and its influencing factors. The results show that personal charac- teristics of migrant workers is the basis of the migrant workers＇ willing of SYB in their hometown , the experience of working in the cities is the direct influencing factor of the migrant workers＇ willing of SYB in their hometown, and the awareness of the policy and the assessment of environment is the important factor of the migrant workers＇ willing of SYB in their hometown. Based on these, the article draws the appropriate implications of policy.
