Expression of C-met in gastric carcinoma and its clinical significance

摘要 目的研究C-met与胃癌临床病理生物学行为的关系,探讨C-met在胃癌发生发展中的临床意义。方法对78例经病理证实的胃癌组织采用免疫组织化学间接法检测C-met蛋白的表达。结果 C-met蛋白阳性率与患者性别、年龄、病变部位无明显关系(P>0.05);与肿瘤的大小、分化程度、浸润深度、有无淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05)。结论 C-met促进了胃癌组织的生长与转移,C-met蛋白可能成为评估胃癌发生发展的一项新的指标。 Objective To study the relationship between C-met and the clinical, pathological, and biological behavior of gastric cancer and to explore the clinical significance of C-met in the development and progression of gastric cancer. Methods Immunohistochemitry by SP method was carried out on 78 pathologically confirmed gastric cancer cases to examine the expression of C-met. Results Expression of C-met was closely correlated with tumor size, differentiation, invasion and lymph node mctastasis(P 〈0.05), while had no relation with sex, age and tu- mor site (P 〉0. 05 ). Conclusion C-met promotes the growth and metastasis of gastric cancer and might be a new parameter in evaluating the prognosis of gastric cancer.
