输尿管上段结石两种微创治疗方法的选择 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨输尿管上段结石的微创治疗方法选择。方法回顾分析72例临床资料,采用输尿管镜腔内气压弹道碎石术(URL)和微创经皮肾取石术(MPCNL)治疗输尿管上段结石。结果 MPCNL和URL组结石清除率分别为100%(44/44)和75%(21/28)。结论MPCNL具有高结石清除率,URL结石清除率较低,但通过辅助体外冲击波碎石(ESWL)或MPCNL可提高清石率。 Objective To explore the ideal way of microtraumatic treatment of proximal ureteral calculus. Methods The two treat- ments of 72 cases with proximal ureteral calculus, i.e. minimally invasive preeutaneous nephrolithotomy (MPCNL) and ureteroseopie lithotripsy (URL) were analyzed. Results The stone-free rate of MPCNL and URL group was 100% (44/44) and 75%(21/28) respectively. Conclu- sion High stone-free rate can be obtained with MPCNL for proximal ureteral calculus. The stone-free rate was less effective with URL, but the result can be improved with the auxiliary ESWL or MPCNL.
