摘要
为了满足某千万亿次超级计算机高效率、低成本、高可靠的供电要求,采用了12 V直流分布式供电系统。详细介绍了机柜级、板级和处理器的电源设计框图和工作原理,采用SIMPLIS仿真软件对电压调节模块和其他DC-DC变换器进行了仿真和验证。在此基础上,对系统稳定性进行了分析,提出了解决稳定性问题的若干措施。最后实测了系统运行时的部分电源电压波形。测量和运行结果表明,电源设计完全满足该超级计算机的供电要求。
To meet high efficiency, low cost and high reliability power requirements of petaflops super computer, a distributed power system with 12 V DC was developed. The block diagram and operation principle of power supply for cabinet, motherboard and processor were described in detail. The voltage regulator module and other DC-DC converters were simulated and verified by SIMPLIS software. Based on these, system stability was analyzed and some measures were proposed to improve system stability. Finally, the voltage/current waveforms were measured. Experimental and application results show that proposed power supply can fully meet power requirements of super computer.
