2009-2011年某院心脑血管类中药注射剂应用分析

Analysis of the utilization of traditional Chinese medicine injections in the treatment of cardio-cerebrovascular diseases in a hospital from 2009 to 2011

目的分析笔者所在医院心脑血管类中药注射剂应用状况和趋势,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法对所在医院2009～2011年心脑血管类中药注射剂的销售金额、用药频度、日均费用进行统计分析。结果心脑血管类中药注射剂用药金额占中药注射剂总金额平均为70.28%,且逐年上升,年增长率分别为14.34%和13.06%,主要品种的用药频度亦逐年增长,药品经济效益与社会效益的同步性趋于合理。结论心脑血管类中药注射剂使用呈上升趋势,临床应加强辨证施治,重视合理用药。

Objective To analyze the application status and trend of traditional Chinese medicine injections in the treatment of cardio-cerebrovascular diseases in our hospital, and to provide reference for clinical rational drug use. Methods The utilization of cardiovascular and eerebrovascular TCM injections in a hospital from 2009 to 2011 was analyzed statistically according to the comsumption sum, DDDs, and DDC. Results The consumption sum of cardio-cerebrovascular TCM injections accounted for 70.28% of total TCM injections and increased year by year, the annual growth rate was 14.34% and 13.06% respectively. The DDDs of major varieties also had rising tendency. Synchronization between economic benefits and social benefits tends to more reasonable. Conclusion The application on cardio-eerebrovaseular TCM injections increased significantly, clinicians should strengthen diagnosis and treatment as well as rational use of drugs.
