目的探讨ICU术后患者出现精神障碍的原因及护理方法。方法对10例手术后在ICU监护期间出现的攻击行为、焦虑、谵妄等精神症状进行分析总结。结果个体原因、各种治疗与监测、病房环境、心理等多因素综合可导致术后精神障碍的发生,并针对性采取相应护理措施。结论提供耐心细致的护理、创造舒适的环境、给予有效的镇痛镇静能够有效预防ICU术后精神障碍的发生、缓解其精神症状,促进康复。

Objective To investigate the causes and care methods of mental disorders of postoperative patients in Icu. Methods Analyze and summarize 10 cases of post-operative patients about their attacks, anxiety, delirium and psychiatric symptoms during monitoring in ICU. Results According to the individual reasons, treatment and monitoring, the ward environment, psychological factors which can lead to the occurrence of postoperative mental disorders, we should take appropriate care measures. Conclusion Provide patience careful nursing, and create a comfortable environment, give effective analgesic calm can effectively prevent the happening of the ICU postoperative delirium, alleviate the symptoms of spirit, stimulative rehabilitation.
