Objective: To observe the effects of high pressure oxygen (HPO) on the bodily nail bed microcirculation. Methods:The authors explored 36 patients of HPO therapy by microcirculation examination. Before and after treatment, the authors explored the tubes of afferent and efferent, loop top, wide, blood vessel form, blood flow speed, and so on. Results: After treatment, the tubes become significantly small as well as blood vessel form and blood flow speed also improve. Therefore, the HPO improve bodily nail bed microcirculation.
