电子束焊接Ti-60高温钛合金的适用性

摘要 通过分析Ti-60高温钛合余电子束对接焊接头的微观组织和力学性能,以及焊后热处理对Ti-60接头高温拉伸与持久性能的影响,研究了电子束焊接高温钛合金的适用性。采用所选择的电子束焊工艺焊接高温钛合金,焊缝成形好,表而缺陷少。分别进行了Ti-60焊接接头的室温、550℃高温拉伸力学性能检测,并且针对高温钛合金电子束焊接接头中易出现针状α'相的现象,采用双重热处理工艺,改善接头性能。结果表明:电子束焊接高温钛合金,焊接适用性好,焊后双重热处理方法能够有效减少焊缝中针状α'相的存在,使得高温钛合金接头的高温拉伸力学性能与持久性能显著提高。 In order to study electron beam welding(EBW) applicability of high temperature titanium alloy,the analysis on microstructure and tensile performance of Ti-60 joints welded by EBW,high temperature tensile and permanence test of Ti-60 joints after heat treatment were carried out.The high temperature titanium alloy joints with good weld appearance and less surface defects were achieved with the optimized EBW parameters.Ti -60 joints tensile test at room temperature and high temperature were carried out,respectively.With double heat treatment, acicularα′phase in high temperature titanium alloy joints can be reduced.It is shown that there has high applicability of EBW for high temperature titanium alloys.Furthermore,these test results also shown that high temperature titanium alloy joints properties can be enhanced by double heat treatment.
