摘要
对连续重整装置脱氯反应器15CrMoR(H)+S31603不锈复合钢板的基层和堆焊层焊接性进行分析,制定合理的焊接工艺,采用埋弧焊+焊条电弧焊的方法,对焊前预热、层间温度、焊后消氢进行严各控制,顺利完成了脱氯反应器的制造。
The weldabiltiy of 15CrMoR(H) + S31603 composite steel plate used in continuous catalytic reforming unit was analyzed,the prop- er welding process was selected.Furthermore,preheat tempreture,interlayer temperature and postheat for dehydrogenation were strictly controlled, finally the dechlorination reactor was made successfully.with submerged arc welding and shielded metal arc welding.
