摘要
针对某闪光焊U71Mn钢轨在落锤试验时发生断裂的原因,从宏观和微观二个方面进行了分析。结果表明:该钢轨断裂于焊缝,属于横向脆性断裂。钢轨焊接接头中存在的硫化物夹杂是造成钢轨断裂的主要原因。
The fracture reasons of flash butt welding of U71 Mn rail in drop weight test were analyzed in both macro and micro aspects.The results showed that the rail fractured in weld,which belongs to transverse brittle fracture.Sulfide inclusions existed in the welded joints is the main reason caused the rail fracture.
