摘要
利用菌丝生长速率法及孢子萌发法测定了8种化学杀菌剂对贡柑黑腐病(Alternaria citri)的毒力。结果表明,用菌丝生长速率法测定时250 g/L阿米西达效果较差,70%甲基托布津效果一般,其余6种农药均表现较好活性;用孢子萌发法测定时80%戊唑醇、40%腈菌唑效果较差,250 g/L丙环唑、250 g/L阿米西达表现一般,80%代森锰锌、10%苯醚甲环唑、70%甲基托布津、25%咪鲜胺均有较好的活性。
Toxicity of eight germicides on Black Rot of Gonggan (Alternaria citri) were determined using mycelium growth rate and spore germination method. The results showed that 80 % Mancozeb WP, 10 %Difenoconazole WG, 80 %Tebuconazole WP, 250 g/LPropiconazole EC, 25 %Prochloraz EC, 40 %Myclobutanil WG had relatively higher activity to mycelium growth of the pathogen, and then the 70 %Topsin-M WP. 250 g/LAmistar SC had the lowest activity. On the spore germination test, 80 %Mancozeb WP, 10 %Difenoconazole WG, 70 %Topsin-M WP, 25 % Prochloraz EC showed relatively higher effect, and then the 250 g/LPropiconazole EC and 250 g/LAmistar SC. 80 % Tebuconazole WP and 40 %Myclobutanil WG were the weakest inhibitor to the spore germination among the eight pesticides.
