高血压性心脏病患者血浆BNP与左室舒张末期内径关系的研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨高血压性心脏病患者血浆脑钠肽(BNP)与左室舒张末期内径(LVDD)之间的相关性。方法将86例高血压性心脏病患者按心功能分级分成A(心功能Ⅰ~Ⅱ级)、B(心功能Ⅲ~Ⅳ级)2组,与对照组86例同期健康查体者共同检测血浆BNP以及心脏超声。结果 A、B 2组患者血浆BNP水平明显高于对照组,B组患者BNP水平明显高于A组(P<0.05);血浆BNP与LVDD具有显著相关性(P<0.05)。结论在高血压性心脏病患者中,血浆BNP水平与心功能以及左室构型之间有较好的相关性,可以综合反映心脏的功能。
