摘要
通过臂式斗轮堆取料机俯仰机构运动特性分析,绘制出液压缸速度变化曲线,进而分析液压系统主参数(流量)变化规律及设计原则,结合俯仰机构载荷特点分析流量控制即调速回路的类型及选用原则。
Through the kinematic analysis of boom-type bucket wheel stacker/reclaimer, the velocity curve of hydrau- lic cylinder is drawn in this paper, and the main parameter flow change laws and design principle of hydraulic system is an- alyzed. In combination with load characteristics of luffing mechanism, types and selection principle of the flow controlled velocity regulating circuit is also analyzed in the paper.
