摘要
汽车起重机副臂由多种型号的管件相贯焊接而成,管件相贯接口的焊接质量显得尤为关键。根据解析几何的原理,结合数值解析法,建立多管相贯的数学模型及其求交算法,并进一步得出相贯线上的二面角,为起重机副臂管件切割和焊接的自动化提供了数学及图形学基础。
Truck crane jib is fabricated by intersection welding of various types of round tubes, so the welding quality of the tube interface is especially important. According to analytic geometry principle, and considering numerical analytic method, the mathematical model of multi-tube intersection and its algorithm is established and the dihedral angle of inter- section line is further figured out, providing mathematical and graphic basis for tube cutting and welding automation of truck crane jib.
