摘要
2t桥式起重机是某核电厂乏燃料干式贮存系统操作的主要吊装设备,在设备安装调试阶段发现有明显的振动问题,由此带来严重的安全隐患。针对该问题从结构上进行了分析,并有针对性地设计了方案,最终通过有限元分析及实地改造对方案进行了验证。
The two ton overhead traveling crane is the main hoisting equipment of spent fuel dry-type storage system. The crane has obvious vibration problems during installation and commissioning and may cause serious safety hazard. In the paper a structure analysis is performed, the targeted solution is designed and then is verified by finite element analysis and the actual improvement to the crane.
