渗管取水在八钢工业园供水工程中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 新疆拜城八钢工业园区供水工程以天然河道为供水水源,为解决汛期水质泥沙含量大,易造成输水管道淤积等问题,采用了埋设于河床沙层的钢制渗管引取河床渗透水,经过1年多的运行,日供水量满足5.864万m3要求,渗透水水质可达到国家工业用水的标准,非汛期取水量能够满足设计要求,该工程造价低廉、效果良好。 The water supply works of Industrial Park of 8th Steel Plant in Baicheng, Xinjiang applies the natural watercourse as water supply source. To reduce high sediment content in water in flood season and resolve blockage of water conveyance pipe by sediment, penetration water of riverbed by steel filtration pipe embedded in riverbed sand is applied. Through one-year operation, requirement of 58 640 m3 water supply per day is satisfied. Quality of penetration water can reach the national standard for industrial water. Water acquisition in seasons rather than the flood season can satisfy design requirement. This work is with lower cost and good effects.
