摘要
该文设计了一种应用于CMOS带隙基准的软启动电路,使电压基准能够快速、稳定地启动,并在其达到1V左右时自动关闭,对基准电路不产生影响,从而实现了软启动功能。采用Hynix0.5μmCMOS工艺和Hspice软件进行仿真后表明,设计的电路满足设计指标要求,具有优良的性能。
A start-up circuit for CMOS Band-gap Reference is presented in this paper,The circuit is in- troduced to start the voltage band-gap whenever it reaches 1V to protect the band-gap to be affected. The simulation results by using Hynix 0.5 p m CMOS process and Hspice show that the specifications are satisfied and the performances are excellent.
