Characteristics of Marine Resources and Countermeasures for Marine Economic Development

通过规范分析海洋资源的自然特性得出其经济特性,并据此提出海洋经济发展方式。为解决海洋经济发展过程中存在的问题,应进一步完善统筹协调机制,优化海洋产业结构,加大海洋高科技的研发和成功应用,谋求合作,共同开发海洋资源,与此同时应当注重海洋生态环境的保护。

It is the premise of exploring the development of marine economy in a better and faster manner to determine the characteristics of marine resources. Through analyzing normally the natural characteristics of marine resources, this paper summarizes the economic properties of the resources and then presents the development mode of marine economy. It is believed that in the process of developing marine economy and for a balanced development of marine economy, coordination mechanism should be further improved, marine industry structure be optimized, more strength be used in the development and application of marine science and technology, and cooperation and mutual development be pursued. In the meantime, more attention should be paid to protecting the marine ecological environment.
