基于DEA方法的勘查项目投资绩效评价

Performance Evaluation of Infrastructure Investment Based on DEA Method

采用非参数统计估计的数据包络分析(DEA)方法,实证评价了内蒙古地质工程总公司煤炭勘查项目投资绩效水平。基于DEA计算的结果表明,该公司红花尔基和五间房项目投资配置效率高,而陈旗项目的投资效率相对低一些。建议重视和加强陈旗项目的钻探、地质测量的投入产出比例,合理和优化使用投资资金。

Using data envelopment analysis method as a non-parameter method, this paper demonstrates the performance of infrastructure investment in coal explorations by the Inner Mogonia Geological Engineering Company. The results based on DEA calculation indicate that the investment efficiency of two projects is higher than that of Chenqi project. The paper proposes strengthening the allocation of infrastructure investment in Chenqi project, with greater emphasis on the ratio of the investment and production in explorations and geological surveying.
