High Voltage Drive Design and Research for Aircraft Electric Brake System

摘要 设计了一种飞机全电刹车高压驱动器,介绍了飞机全电刹车整体结构,阐述了防滑控制器、驱动控制器与机电作动机构的功能。具体设计了以DSP+CPLD为控制核心的硬件设计和以电流环、速度环和刹车压力环三闭环控制为控制策略的软件设计。实验结果表明,驱动器软件、硬件设计合理,正确。驱动器能够完成飞机刹车功能,性能良好,可靠性高。 A high voltage drive of aircraft electric brake system was designed. The whole structure of aircraft electric brake system was introduced. The function of aircraft antiskid braking control system, braking driv- ing system and electro-mechanical actuator braking system was shown. A hardware based on DSP + CPLD and a control strategy of software based on current loop, velocity loop and braise pressure loop were de- signed. As a result of experiment, the design of the software and hardware of the drive is reasonable and cor- rect. The drive completes the functions of the aircraft brake perfectly.
