摘要
考虑由两个可修复元件、一个可修复的转换开关、一位固定的维修人员组成的两部件可修复温储备系统,为了提升系统可靠度,在维修策略上作了改进,提出了一位是固定维修工,两个及以上元件失效时雇佣一位临时工的方法。并建立了策略改进后所相应的Markov过程,通过Laplace变换给出了系统可靠性指标的计算模型,由案例分析获得策略改进后的模型可使系统的可靠性和可用度等指标在原有的基础上得以提高的结果,从而得到该策略的改进是合理和必要的结论。
A warm standby system consisting of two dissimilar units, a repairable transfer switch, and one constant repairman is studied. In this paper, An improved maintenance strategy is proposed in which one repairman is constant and a temporary repairman is used when there are more than one failed components. The Markov process for the improved strategy is presented. With the Laplace transform, the model for calculating the system reliability parameters is developed. Finally, a numerical analysis is given to illustrate the reliability and availability is improved and the feasibility of this method.
