摘要 临床营养学是一门科学和临床相结合的学科,针对那些与营养摄入、肠吸收功能障碍和对营养物质代谢障碍有关的疾病,通过改变营养物质的含量和成分,采用一定的药物或者营养物质治疗这些营养性疾病。20世纪60年代,Dudrick与Randall先后开创静脉营养和肠内营养,此后临床营养在理论基础、临床应用、营养制剂、输注方式上都取得了显著的发展。
