摘要
IGBT并联型逆变器由于IGBT开关损耗的限制而使逆变器工作频率难以提高,针对这一问题,提出了一种通过多桥并联、分时工作的方法来降低IGBT的开关损耗,提高IGBT并联型逆变器工作频率。仿真结果表明,该方法克服了IGBT开关损耗对开关频率的限制,提高了逆变器的工作频率。
Aimed at the problem of limited operating frequency of Parallel lnverter because for IGBT's switching, loss limit, the article introduces a method of paralleling multi-bridge and working time-sharing to decrease the switching loss of lGBT, and consequently improve the operating, frequency of lGBT Parallel Inverter. Result of emulator shows that this method solves the problem of 1GBT's switching loss limit to operating frequency and improves the operating frequency of lGBT parallel inverter.
