摘要
介绍了采用纵横向都有延时的逐段定向倾倒技术成功拆除1栋U形框架结构楼房的爆破拆除工程实例。该技术将U形结构楼房自两端向中间划分为若干个倒塌单元,通过爆破时差实现各单元有序逐段倒塌。楼房各相邻单元在倒塌过程中存在相互剪切拉伸等作用,既实现了楼房结构的充分解体,又有效控制了楼房倒塌的侧向位移。同时,采用上述爆破技术有效的控制了爆破时的单响药量,达到了控制爆破振动与塌落振动效应的目的。
Longitudinal delay and segment by segment directional demolition blasting of a U-shaped frame build- ing was introduced. Through this technology, the building was divided into a number of small units from both ends to mlddle in space and the units collapse orderly one by one through the blasting delay-time. The structure of the building was disaggregated adequately and the pressure displacement of the building was effective controllbd due to the interaction among the units. The technique reduce the explosive^charge effectively which controlled the blasting vibration and collapse vibration.
