The requirement for coal property on Shell pulverized-coal gasification process is simply introduced and the definition and theoretical foundation of Coal blending technology are described.The main reasons for coal blending measure to Shell coal gasification plant are analyzed and concrete procedures of coal blending technology and corresponding cases are discussed in detail and the optimized measures for coal blending are resulted in.
